Who we are

Hi there, 

My name is Janine and I am the owner and creator of Big Fat Brownies.  Welcome to my store, it's so lovely to have you here! 

Big Fat Brownies was born from my passion and love of baking which began at a young age as I watched my mum in the kitchen for hours baking an array of incredibly delicious treats for us as well as others.  I soaked up as much knowledge as I could from her over the years and I have not stopped baking since! 

I am super excited to be able to share this passion for baking with all of you, in the form of our delicious and devilishly indulgent brownies.  Each one is home made, to order, and packed full of flavour, love and care.  They are then packaged and posted to their new homes, to be enjoyed by whomever receives their box of goodies.
